What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gold Coast High-Rise Condo Door Staff (Part Time) position at Sudler Property Management?
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable part-time doorman to join our team at a premier Gold Coast condominium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist residents and their guests
- Maintain building security, monitor entry for guests and contractors, and supervise security camera feeds
- Answer front desk calls, assist with transportation arrangements, and provide luggage or grocery carts as needed
- Stay composed and communicate effectively, even in high-pressure situations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, service-first attitude
- Dependable, courteous, and able to maintain professionalism at all times
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay and benefits are provided in accordance with the SEIU Local #1 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
