Key Accountabilities
The Service Advisor will be responsible for receiving and delivering on customer requests in a timely and professional manner. They will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and communicating with them clearly, managing the daily schedule to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction, creating a positive and welcoming environment that builds rapport with customers, answering customer questions and providing information about services and products, and negotiating sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with minimal supervision.
