What you'll do as our Real Estate Manager :
- Use your deep knowledge of the California market to evaluate and select real estate. This will include site tours and creating site approval presentation packages.
- Vet and select optimal locations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Use your project management skills to manage brokers, LOIs, lease negotiations, work letters, and ongoing pipelines
- Identify business opportunities and optimal real estate locations and create full location reports including rent, sales, demographics, etc.
- Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate favorable terms for both business and real estate ventures
- Apply strong sales acumen and effective contract management skills
