Overview:
Elevate your career with CHAGEE as our Senior Corporate Recruiter! In this pivotal role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and management roles that directly impact the strategic growth of our business in the U.S. We're looking for a recruiting expert who brings experience, confidence, and a proactive mindset to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. F&B or Retail industry experience is highly preferred, along with the ability to manage executive-level searches and high-value compensation packages.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate requirements
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent, especially for leadership and niche roles
- Lead the full recruitment life cycle: from intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Provide expert guidance on compensation, competitive offers, and market insights to hiring leaders
- Maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates through talent mapping and proactive networking
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and hiring trends to ensure goals are met
- Support the implementation and training of new ATS software
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Be prepared for duties and responsibilities to evolve, and show a willingness to step outside of your usual scope to support the company's growth. Expect opportunities for personal and professional growth as you navigate new challenges.
Experience you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, with a proven track record in filling senior-level and specialized roles
- Strong preference for experience in food & beverage (F&B) or retail industries
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategy, executive search tactics, and candidate experience best practices
- Ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions, offer negotiations and candidate interviews at one time
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and constantly evolving environment

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
