Overview
Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Senior Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will lead CHAGEE’s strategic sourcing initiatives, overseeing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. This role is critical to maintaining a competitive advantage, optimizing costs, and securing reliable, high-quality suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global sourcing, experience in the food and beverage industry, and a proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive business growth.
What you'll do
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Develop and implement global and regional sourcing strategies that align with company goals and annual operating plan targets.
- Identify and explore new sourcing opportunities across multiple categories to support business growth.
- Engage cross-functional teams to qualify suppliers, ensuring they meet CHAGEE’s quality, cost, and operational standards.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Establish supplier onboarding processes and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize supplier performance.
- Continuously analyze market trends and sourcing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Drive year-over-year productivity through strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and lead the sourcing team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sourcing function.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Develop and enforce sourcing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and ethical sourcing practices.
- Monitor global supply chain risks, including tariffs, geopolitical changes, and industry disruptions, and provide timely recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report on supplier performance, cost savings, and sourcing efficiency to senior leadership.
- Provide data-driven insights and sourcing recommendations to regional and global leadership teams.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Experience in raw materials, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong background in negotiating and implementing commercial contracts, including supply and quality agreements.
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive cost savings.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Highly analytical with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
