Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers worldwide, conducting supplier assessments, due diligence, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to achieve favorable terms and conditions, including volume discounts, payment terms, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics, to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and project timelines.
- Manage supplier relationships, fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive mutual success and innovation.

Travel Requirement : 50-75% travel between California and Mexico, with occasional international travel as needed.
