empowering customers with high-quality products that enhance their well-being. We are seeking
a strategic, results-driven, and execution-focused Social Media & Brand Partnerships Manager
to lead, develop, and scale our organic social media, online community, influencer/affiliate
marketing, and brand partnership initiatives.
Role Overview:
The Head of Social Media & Brand Partnerships will be the driving force behind our organic
brand presence, responsible for growing our online community, fostering brand collaborations,
and building high-impact partnerships with influencers, affiliates, content creators, media
partners and other brands. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on
execution, ensuring our brand remains culturally relevant, community-driven, and
revenue-generating.
You will be responsible for both developing and executing full-funnel organic marketing
strategies, collaborating with content creators, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing
influencer-driven sales initiatives. If you're passionate about social storytelling, influencer

and your team will continue to grow over time, supporting you to ensure smooth execution of
day-to-day tasks and long-term initiatives.
This role will also work closely with the Director of Social Commerce, responsible for social
commerce strategies and initiatives on platforms like TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop. As well
as the Head of Community Brand Strategy, responsible for growing the brands’ communities
across different platforms, demographics and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a data-driven organic strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee content creation and publishing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and others.
- Manage a content calendar with engaging, platform-specific content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Own community management for strong engagement and an active brand presence.
- Utilize UGC and brand storytelling to build authenticity and customer trust.
- Capitalize on trends and cultural conversations to maximize organic reach.
- Collaborate with teams (email, SMS, paid media, and product) for cohesive messaging.
- Mentor Social Media Assistant and Community Manager for strategic execution.
2. Influencer, Affiliate & Ambassador Marketing
- Develop and scale an influencer, affiliate, and ambassador marketing program.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking to optimize ROI.
- Build long-term partnerships with key influencers and industry thought leaders.
- Launch UGC and social selling initiatives, leveraging influencer content for ads and campaigns.
- Use tracking tools to optimize influencer and affiliate performance based on data insights.
3. Strategic Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute brand collaborations, giveaways, and co-branded launches.
- Build alliances with DTC brands, influencers, and wellness communities.
- Develop activation campaigns, sponsorships, and event partnerships to amplify reach.
- Negotiate and manage cross-promotional and ambassador-led brand initiatives.
- Drive growth through podcast, media, and expert endorsements.
4. Content & Community Growth Strategy
- Develop a content strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Leverage short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) for increased visibility.
- Plan and execute social-first campaigns, live shopping events, and community-driven activations.
- Lead experiential marketing efforts, including wellness retreats and fitness challenges.
- Build a strong brand community to enhance loyalty.
- Guide the Community Manager in executing engagement strategies.
5. Performance Tracking, Optimization & Innovation
- Own KPIs for social and influencer marketing, including growth and engagement metrics.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Emplifi, Sprout Social, Shopify) to measure and optimize performance.
- Continuously A/B test content formats, partnerships, and influencer activations.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Report performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years in social media management, influencer/affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships (preferably in health, wellness, or fitness).
- Proven experience growing social media followings, engagement, and revenue.
- Experience in managing brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social algorithms, UGC, short-form content, and community engagement.
- Expertise in organic TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Established relationships with influencers, creators, and media in wellness/fitness.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., GRIN, Upfluence, AspireIQ).
- Self-starter with the ability to scale programs and work independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
