Design
- Assist designers with all design related activities
- Research resources and products and accurately document item numbers and prices
- Take meeting notes at job site and client meetings and distribute to team
- Create proposals for clients
- Request CFAs and finish samples for projects
- Assist with expediting orders as required
- Log expediting updates in software system
- Shop and select materials as needed for projects Attend client and job site meetings as required
- Create color scheme
- Create accurate drawings and elevations using company drawing standards
- Create specifications for projects Keep library updated
- Prepare meeting materials – samples, drawings, proposals, camera, measuring tape, etc.CAD [or other drawing software] as required
Administration
- Track time daily attend meetings as required
Qualifications
- Interior design experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
