Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain high-performing Technical Support Engineers Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred Experience in Technical Architecture, DevSecOps, and/or Kubernetes highly preferred Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a results-driven attitude Ability to move quickly and drive business value
