Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality financial data to department leads and the executive team, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive current and forecasted cost projections for all areas of the business, leveraging your expertise in financial modeling.
• Collaborate effectively with the accounting team to ensure seamless alignment of financial data, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Design and rigorously test financial models for new products, assisting the business in making critical decisions and driving growth.
• Drive the strategic growth of the FP&A function, focusing on scalability, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Respond to ad-hoc modeling requests from various business units, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related field at a senior level, with a proven track record of success.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong willingness to acquire proficiency in additional financial tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills, including extensive experience in managing Director-level stakeholders, with a ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments.
