Job Description:
Chalet Settlements is seeking three driven and self-motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company in dynamic markets, including Virginia, Annapolis, and Frederick.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment. This role offers the freedom to develop your own approach to business development while focusing on creating meaningful connections and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your chosen market focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, clients and other industry professionals.
- Represent Chalet Settlements at networking events, host client appreciation activities, and engage in community outreach to grow your presence.
- Utilize innovative and personalized marketing strategies, such as social media engagement, event planning, or one-on-one meetings, to connect with industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights, ideas, and contribute to overall company success.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and title services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Title License preferred or willingness to obtain one upon employment
