Parts Consultant
Volkswagen Audi Boise is currently seeking a full-time experienced Parts Consultant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated and provide consistent workmanship. You would be responsible for not only working with customers but also our service advisors and technicians. Being able to work well in a team environment is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Help customers at the parts counter.
- Pulling parts and restocking shelves.
- Receiving shipments.
- Invoicing retail and commercial parts.
- Delivering parts.
- Shipping parts to customers and vendors.
- Maintain inventory and report discrepancies.
- Notify advisors of parts arrival.
- General cleaning of parts area (sweeping/etc).
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and reliable.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CDK / ETKA / MYKAARMA / Microsoft Office Suite a plus but not required.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
