Overview
Lima, Ohio electrical contractor seeking a detailed oriented Administrative Assistant to provide timekeeping, accounting and office support. Positioning is opening due to the growth in our business. Job responsibilities will include project time recording, billings, invoice processing, bookkeeping tasks, quote preparation and office administrative support. This is a full-time position reporting to our Office Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Works well in a collaborative team environment and also independently, self-directed
- Problem solving skills 3 years office and/or accounting department experience
- Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent experience
Relevant Experience a plus
- Time sheet processing of 20 employees, preferably in a project or job based environment.
- Construction industry or project based experience
- Tax return preparation
- Bookkeeping
- Office management
