Summary
As a Challenge Financial Internal Dealer Relationship Manager, you are responsible for signing, growing and maintaining Challenge Financials market share with Independent and Franchise Dealerships. Your ability to quickly build strong dealership relationships will allow you and Challenge Financial to grow and strengthen our business model. You will manage your dealer base to produce profitable, quality portfolios and are responsible for addressing and resolving dealer issues in a professional manner.
Successful Dealer Relationship Manager will:
· Analyze markets and sign 3 to 5 quality dealers monthly
· Continuous focus on protecting Challenge Financial when growing the portfolio
· Be an expert on all of Challenge’s finance programs and have the ability to train your dealer base
· Will communicate and work with other Challenge departments to solve any arising dealer issues
· Provide best in industry customer service to dealer clients
· Availability outside of normal business hours

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years sales experience required
