Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and signing auto dealerships offering a variety of finance options. You build and grow relationships by providing superior customer service. You effectively manage your dealer base to produce profitable, quality portfolios and are responsible for addressing and resolving dealer issues in a professional manner.
To be successful in this position, a person should have solid communications skills in both English and Spanish. You do not need previous auto finance experience, but some phone and customer service experience, along with time management skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable will be critical for achieving success in this position.
