SUMMARY
This position is available on second shift only from 2:30 PM - 11 PM
Sets up and operates stud welder and spot welder, operates small power tools such as buffers and grinders, and utilizes other pneumatic tools to prepare stainless steel sheet metal chambers used in production of commercial cooking equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates hand grinder/sander to smooth and finish sheet metal surfaces (e.g. to remove excess weld material, discoloration, scratches, or sharp edges), and cleans/treats surfaces after finishing when required.
Performs routine adjustments on all equipment operated to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
Records production and quality assurance data, such as part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, and inspection measurements/results, on designated forms, tags, charts, or records
Immediately notifies supervisor of any discrepancies regarding product, equipment, work instructions, or records.
Performs all job activities in accordance with training, work instructions, and established company procedures.
Maintains work area (equipment, tools, etc.) in a neat and orderly manner.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour
