What You Will Be Accountable For
- Process and support data transactions within the Workday HRIS system to support business needs.
- Successfully achieve high service delivery standards by responding to queries and completing all transactional work within the predetermined Service Level Agreement (SLA) windows.
- Perform daily case management reviews ensuring timely completion for all cases and escalations
- Responsible for coordinating human resources activities to include employment, compensation administration and dealing with day-to-day team member issues
- Leading our new hire and onboarding processes for employees to ensure new team members can successfully and seamlessly complete their activities in HRIS systems
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful resolution of issues and concerns surfaced.
- Develop and recommend operational and procedural improvements.
- Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues.
- Create and run reports within Workday as needed to support the day-to-day operations of business.
- Participate in additional duties and or project work as required to support HR Operations and overall business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business related field or Associates degree and work experience equivalent
- 1-2 years of Workday HR transactional experience with a high level of detail and accuracy
- 2 years of experience in HR environment
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Strong analytical skills with proven history of problem solving and performing root cause analysis
- Use of Service Now or similar ticketing tool is helpful
- Strong organizational, task prioritization, and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach
- Professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
