What You Will Be Accountable For
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.
- Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.
- Partner closely with functional project teams to define business requirements.
- Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business needs.
- Define test plans and ensure defect-free products before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures.
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized.
- Make presentations to steering committees and project sponsors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.
- MBA or other related advanced degrees preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification required.
- 8-10 years of experience in product management roles.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong people management and team-building skills.
- Ability to adapt and exercise judgment in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong risk assessment and management principles applied to technology applications/products and business functions.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
- Expertise in mobile application development, Agile-Scrum methodologies, story writing, and design-focused approaches.
