As a leader in the Smart Home industry, we boast one of the largest IoT install bases, with innovative products consisting of cameras, locks, card readers, garage door openers, gates and more, all powered by our myQ digital ecosystem.
This role is within Chamberlain Group's Customer Experience and Technical Support function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Utilize platforms and tools to process incoming sales orders and returned goods authorizations and (ii) Distribute customer email inquiries to the appropriate Customer Care Representative.
Customer Care Associate I Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred Qualifications - Some College
Customer Care Associate I Essential Duties :
The pay range for this position is ($37,600-$53,050); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies
