We are seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for children’s education to join our team in our “Tumblers” classrooms (ages 14 months – 24 months). As a teacher, you’ll play a key role in fostering the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of our youngest learners.

Position Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
- Pay: From $11.00 per hour with a high school diploma and limited experience; from $13.00 per hour with a CDA; $15:00 per hour with an Associates Degree, and increasing with education and experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom setting strongly preferred.
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
Responsibilities:
- Stay engaged and supervise children in your care, ensuring safety and promoting active participation in all activities.
- Plan and lead activities that support children’s development in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas.
- Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and volunteers.
- Be attentive to the health and well-being of children, responding to their needs as appropriate.
- Perform other work-related duties assigned by the Team Lead, Executive Director, or Associate Director.
