This role is ideally based in Portland, OR, or the surrounding market, and focuses on selling to commercial trucking companies like DTNA, requiring a strong understanding of the industry.

Role Overview
- As a Sales Director, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your region. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, understand their objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will work remotely with ongoing support from management, along with monthly onsite meetings with your regional team to ensure collaboration and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Align client strategies with customized service offerings.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft and implement client solutions.
- Manage sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic client interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven success in generating new business and expanding major accounts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals (over $250k).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
