We are partnering with our client to hire multiple Sales Directors to support their rapid expansion. Role Overview : As a Sales Director, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your region. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Align client strategies with customized service offerings.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft and implement client solutions.
  • Manage sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic client interaction.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven success in generating new business and expanding major accounts.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and high-value deals (over $250k).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive base salary of $135,000 plus performance-based commissions.
  • Opportunity for year-end bonuses.
  • Additional incentives for meeting key performance metrics in the first two years.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance, client engagement expense account, company-provided tech equipment, and participation in exclusive recognition programs.
