Our family owned and operated business is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High Climber/ Bucket Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care, landscape maintenance, and bucket operation. This position involves operating a bucket truck to perform various tasks related to tree trimming, lawn care, and other landscape services. The Bucket Truck Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job.
Duties
- Operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently for tree trimming and maintenance tasks.
- Perform tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in rigging, tree care, or landscape maintenance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bucket operation techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
