Salary:
$20 per hour ($12 base rate $8 production bonus)
Job Description:
We are looking for an individual who can perform all manual labor tasks assigned to them, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and effectively communicate with colleagues. The ideal candidate should be able to read and use tape measures, blueprints, and orders, and possess good teamwork skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, be able to work quickly and methodically, understand safety procedures, and live the Champion Operating Principles. A less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training is preferred, but not required.
