As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Champion Petfoods, you will be responsible for overseeing various process improvement initiatives to better ensure ongoing compliance. You will assist facility operations related to customer food safety and quality assurance complaints and investigate appropriately when needed.
You will also be responsible for developing training materials and providing training for plant associates in food safety systems including HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Food Defense. Experience in creating formal written protocols and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required.
