The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to supervise the work of laboratory personnel engaged in performing routine and specialized technical procedures. The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal skills, ability to set priorities, utilize and coordinate resources, and manage projects from start to finish with little or no supervision.
The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the pest management program, developing and maintaining policies and SOPs, and recommending adjustments to schedules, procedures, sanitation practices, and alterations to pest management plan as needed.
