Description of Responsibilities
At Pioneer Energy Management, our Account Executives are the ‘voice of the company’ and are essential in providing our top-notch customer experience.
Account Executives are highly competent professionals responsible for providing prompt and precise support to clients concerning service or billing issues. This entails addressing inquiries, facilitating payment processing, and resolving technical problems. They also manage the monthly invoicing for residents and assist clients with their utilities management.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM.
