Customer Xperience- Claims Clerk (Xpert) PT/FT- Remote
Seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Xperience Claims Clerk to provide excellent customer service and to promote customer service efforts throughout the organization. Work directly with the Claims Team and customers to maintain accurate records and communication throughout the claims process.

Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1-3 years experience with in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Mac (Pages & Numbers)

Customer Xperience Xpert Job Responsibilities
- Provide a supportive and excellent customer xperience
- Applicant has a driven and positive attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in accordance with Champion Xpress Customer Xperience-Claims response times
- Manage efficient record of all details regarding the customer claim
- Document and track customer claims process in our system
- Keep accurate records and document customer actions and discussions
- Respond to customer issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Escalate detailed claims appropriately
- Provide direction and empathy regarding Champion Xpress Carwash claims policies
- Create a supportive and educational environment as we work with our customers navigating the claims process
- Develop expert level knowledge of record keeping, One Drive, and claims liability communication
- Work closely with our Claims Team to provide efficient and accurate communication on behalf of the customer and the company in alignment with our Claims Department goals
- All other customer claim inquiries/follow ups as assigned by the Director of Customer Xperience or Chief Marketing Officer
