Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager in Melville, NY. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with mortgage brokers, assisting with non-traditional credit profiles, and guiding borrowers through the lending process. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating borrower profiles, coordinating with underwriting and support teams, and ensuring smooth transaction flow. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending products and industry trends, as well as providing excellent customer service to broker partners.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of Non-QM products
- Ability to evaluate non-traditional credit profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Melville, NY
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with CDFI designation processes is a plus
