Description
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings within Encompass.
- Oversee system configurations, including milestones, personas, and input forms.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and optimizations.
- Design, code, test, and document custom solutions using VB.NET or C#.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based APIs for seamless system integrations.
- Create and modify business rules, custom forms, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Customize and integrate TPO Connect to enhance third-party originator interactions.
- Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshooting complex issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- 2 years of experience as an Encompass Administrator or Developer.
- Experience with TPO Connect customization and integration.
- Strong understanding of Encompass LOS functionalities and customization capabilities.
- Experience developing and maintaining APIs for system integrations.
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry, including loan origination processes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Encompass Developer Essentials Certification or Encompass Administrator Certification is a plus.
