- Oversee tube feeding protocols and ensure proper administration for residents requiring this service.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' nutritional status and dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate dietary considerations into overall patient care.
- Prepare budgets for the dietary department, monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Lead a team of dietary staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to promote a high standard of service.
- Maintain accurate records related to dietary services, including menu planning, food safety protocols, and resident satisfaction surveys.
