- Responsible for working in a lab environment and logging in samples
- Working and responding with both our internal and external customers daily
- Answers questions and provides information as needed to customers
- Clearly and accurately documents issues.
- Printing labels for all samples
- Moving boxes of samples as needed to the appropriate areas
- General office skills/duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience.
- MS Word and Excel skills (average usage)
- Proven ability to fax, scan and manipulate pdf documents.
- Accurate typing skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume and geographically diverse organization
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Prior work experience with general office duties
- Good organization skills
- Good customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long period of time
- Will be required to lift boxes up to 45 – 50 pounds
- Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to client/customer drug testing
