Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and support for laboratory testing equipment.
- Design, redesign, and upgrade laboratory testing equipment, ensuring compliance with high-pressure and high-temperature requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for laboratory instrumentation.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment design and development, preferably in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of high-pressure and high-temperature equipment design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) some familiarity with the use of Labview and CFD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with LabView programming and automation.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols for laboratory equipment.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
