What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Analyst position at ChampionX?
ChampionX has an immediate need for a Packaging Analyst located in Sugar Land, TX. ThePackaging Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure packaging solutions are transacted and reported accurately.
What You Will Do
- Maintains tracking and tracing within SAP/Pronid through reporting and monitoring
- Provides transactional training to operations
- Supports maintaining and updating SOP's
- Manages the yearly Inventory count process
- Ensures accurate SAP transactions are executed by operations through KPI monitoring and analytics.
- Owner of Packaging Master Data - ensuring accuracy and maintenance
- Create BOL's as necessary
- Conducts meetings with cleaning partners on a weekly basis to ensure supply from the wash facility is sufficient for the demand.
- Month end report creations and data validation.
- Account Payable process owner.
- SOX Audit owner
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years of work experience with packaging
- SAP ECC or S4 Hana experience
- Knowledge of DOT and UN regulations
- Knowledge of packaging types and usage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data analytics experience
- Proficient with Excel and other analytical tools
- Self-starter and highly motivated to ensure accurate data
- Team player
- Communication skills
