What You Will Do :
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the generation of revenue for Windrock through the sale of Windrock portable and on-line monitoring systems, technical services, and software platforms for various assets including reciprocating compressors, engines, motors, pumps, cooling fans, etc. in the specified region.Through individual and team marketing, sales will be pursued through end users at facility and enterprise levels, through third parties on projects, and through development of existing and new distribution channel and alliance partnerships.Present our product and services portfolio directly to customers and / or through distribution channelsIdentify customer's needs and sales opportunities to drive growthIdentify and establish business relationships / needs for regionUnderstand and execute customer development and account managementCreates long-term pipeline beyond short-term transactionsDevelops and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue targetsIdentify and develop strategic account plans leveraging other channel partner (internal and external) resourcesDrive sales through direct customer relationships and through other ChampionX entitiesDevelop new customers in the regionRetain existing customers through follow-on sales and supportNegotiates and implements contracts with accounts as authorized and works with finance department to manage accounts receivable deliverables including negotiated payment termsArticulate value story, technology and product positioning to both business and technical usersCreate incremental demand, opportunities, and close ordersManage day-to-day processes around sales leads / follow-up using structured program management techniques and toolsProvide visibility of opportunity pipeline using CRM program and maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondenceProvide product demonstrations to potential customers as neededPrepare proposals for small and large projectsMeet regional sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annuallyMaintain expert level of product and application knowledge with regard to automation productsMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree5 years' experience in similar sales role5 years' experience in the reciprocating / rotating equipment segmentMust be located in Permian RegionDemonstrated success in sales, delivering on targets, and have good understanding of the asset monitoring marketplaceExperience and Knowledge of Automation, Enterprise Management and IIOT for the Oil & Gas industryCompetitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the companyExcellent time management and communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsSelf-Driven work ethicAvailable for inter-regional travel 70%Immigration sponsorship not available for this rolePhysical Demands :
