What You Will Do:
Project Planning and Execution
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for supply chain initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Supply Chain Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead initiatives on procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align project goals.
Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and issue resolution.
Risk Management
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Track and address project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Create and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Strong leadership qualities with a results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%).

Position Details:
Route territory will include but not limited to: Permian Basin
Work week and shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm schedule subject to change depending on business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related role.
Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PowerBi or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to pass a drug screening and physical exam

PMP (Project Management Professional)
CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
