Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our growing logistics and warehousing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our orders, shipments, suppliers all while maintaining effective communication within the organization. Duties
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information for all inbound and outbound shipments
- Work and manage weekly orders
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services.
- Manage inbound and outbound emails for shipping information, defective merchandise, etc...
Skills
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured office environment.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Google docs, and Google Drive
- Competence in vendor management practices to ensure smooth operations.
- Clerical skills that include attention to detail in document preparation and filing processes.

Pay: $20.23 - $20.60 per hour
