Administrative Assistant
Atlanta, New York agricultural and light industrial equipment business headquartered in Vermont seeking a reliable and highly motivated full time administrative assistant for our dealership. Our administrative assistants represent the whole company and our brand in prominent and significant settings. To be successful, the Administrative Assistant will understand that he or she embodies the company and is seen by our customers as a representative of the whole company.
Dealership hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to noon on Saturdays. This position is fulltime, with some Saturdays required.

Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Answering telephones and greeting customers
- Accounts payable data entry
- Organizing, scanning and filing documentation
- Assisting sales staff with documentation
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of the dealership
Must Haves
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to think independently, and have fundamental computer skills.
