The role of a Systems Support Analyst involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise for various systems, software, and hardware used by the Hospital’s staff. The responsibilities include ensuring the operation, maintenance, and optimization of computer systems, networks, and applications, thereby enabling efficient data management. Responsibilities also include identifying and resolving technical issues, implementing security measure and offering guidance and training to user on technology related matters. Associate’s degree from a two year college or university in Information Technology or related field required.
