Key Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of student behavior to identify areas of strength and need
- Developing and implementing data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address identified areas of need
- Collaborating with educators and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote academic and behavioral success
Additionally, the BCBA will provide training and coaching to teachers and other staff members on evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in applied behavior analysis and related fields.
