About the Role:
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement effective training programs for behavioral program staff.
- Conduct research and provide informed recommendations for adopting evidence-based curricula compliant with Department of Education guidelines and regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for academic instruction and behavioral intervention services provided to all students.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, special education, or a closely related field of study.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism-related disabilities and emotional disturbance.
