As an Instructional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our students and contributing to the success of our school community.
Your Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing individualized instruction and support to assigned students.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to develop and implement personalized education plans.
• Implementing behavioral intervention strategies to promote positive student behavior.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student behavior and progress.
• Participating in school-wide initiatives and events to support student success.
• Engaging with students, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with passage of basic skills test.
• Associate's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study preferred.
• Relevant experience working with children, particularly in alternative or special education settings, is highly valued.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, including students, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other educational technology platforms.
