- Develop and lead workshops and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills in areas such as crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing instructional practices and program development.
- Foster strong relationships with families and community stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
- At least two years of experience working with students with severe emotional and behavioral disorders.
- Possession of crisis prevention certification.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
