What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator position at Chancey Metals, LLC?
Chancey Metals, LLC is a leading manufacturer of commercial stair and railing systems with a successful track record operating throughout the Southeastern US. We are seeking an Estimator experienced in the areas of steel stairs and associated rails and/or structural steel.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience of reading architectural plans, doing material takeoffs, pricing estimates, preparing proposals to submit to general contractors, and proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in accredited construction related curriculum and/or comparable work experience is preferred.
