These qualified candidates will work in the Richmond and surrounding areas such as but not limited to : Richmond City, Henrico, Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Prince George, Dinwiddie etc. We are an organization seeking to grow and expand upon the services we provide to the community and there are many opportunities to grow within the organization.The qualified candidate will work with adults to provide goal directed training in the following areas in accordance with the person-centered treatment plan of the person served : Developing and building functional skills related to the individuals health and safety; instrumental activities of daily living, use of community resources; assistance with medication management; and monitoring health, nutrition, and physical condition.
