Job Summary:
Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bathrooms and common areas at the Palm Tran Intermodal. This role involves deep and detailed cleaning, including outdoor responsibilities, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for passengers and bus operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep and detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including sanitizing surfaces, replenishing supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including grounds, seating areas, and pathways.
- Handle outdoor cleaning tasks, including trash collection and ensuring the cleanliness of outdoor spaces.
- Follow a cleaning schedule to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards for cleaning practices.
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Palm Tran Intermodal.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must wear black pants, company-issued uniform shirts, and a safety vest at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour.
