What You'll Do:
As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- HR Initiatives: Lead and facilitate HR programs, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Employee Engagement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement HR solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Coaching and Advising: Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
- Training and Development: Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR metrics and data to track key performance indicators and provide insights to inform decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
- Certifications: SHRM member (preferred), PHR or SHRM-CP (preferred).
- Education: College/Undergrad degree (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual: Spanish proficiency is a plus.
