About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator , you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to share the Chaney story with the world. This role goes beyond the typical desk job—you’ll be creating engaging campaigns, gathering content in the field (steel-toed boots and hard hats included!), and supporting various facets of our marketing strategy. What You’ll Do
- Content Creation : Develop dynamic content for websites, social media, emails, SMS texting, media releases, and more.
- Social Media Management : Build and maintain Chaney’s social media presence. Keep profiles fresh, engaging, and on-brand while monitoring and participating in relevant industry and community discussions.
- Campaign Development & Execution : Brainstorm, plan, and track marketing initiatives, delivering measurable results.
- Photography & Videography : Capture authentic photo and video content at construction sites and Chaney facilities to tell our story.
- Event Planning & Coordination : Help plan and execute company events, including town halls, fundraisers, picnics, and employee appreciation celebrations.
- Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with printers, suppliers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Graphic Design : Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to craft eye-catching graphics and videos.
- Website Management : Assist with website updates using WordPress CMS.
- Internal & External Communication : Partner with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
