IT Support and System Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional to join our team. This is an exciting period from the construction phase to full operating. This position is critical in supporting the implementation of the company’s existing internal systems, such as SAP and MES, as well as managing IT infrastructure and networking tasks. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with our group and local users in Arizona site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. System Implementation

• Oversee the implementation of existing internal systems (e.g., SAP and MES) at the new Arizona facility.
• Act as a liaison between local users and groups to ensure successful system rollouts and alignment with system development process (Requirement Analysis, System Design, Development and Coding, Testing)
• Provide ongoing support for internal system usage and troubleshooting.

2. Networking and IT Infrastructure

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of networking systems and server connections (Fortigate, Cisco, Vmware, Windows, Redhat …,etc)..
• Ensure the network system is connected and operates seamlessly with the group.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues.
• Regularly update and restore systems and conduct drills periodically in compliance with regulations.

3. IT Support and Communication

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and information systems to local staff.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate communication across time zones with the group.

4. System Monitoring and Documentation

• Monitor system performance and maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the network system in accordance with the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Standards.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of MES and SAP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of networking principles and IT troubleshooting methods.
• Strong communication skills to manage cross-regional collaboration effectively.
• Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate system updates and adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Experience with IT systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with server setup and maintenance.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Mandarin) are a strong advantage.
