Full Job Description

Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you’ll be essential to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical expertise to support the fast-paced cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops and servers.
• Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring seamless operation across systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve code-related issues.
• Use remote support tools, such as AnyDesk, to efficiently resolve IT issues.
• Maintain data security and ensure compliance with cannabis industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting code issues and understanding coding languages.
• Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
• Proficiency with remote support tools, especially AnyDesk.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent industry certifications.
